How It Works
Coolpod freezable bags work like a portable mini‑fridge that you “charge” in your home freezer, then use to keep food and drinks safely cold for hours.
Core cooling technology
The bags have concealed coolant ice packs sewn into the walls, combined with foam and foil insulation that slow down heat entering from outside.
When frozen, these built‑in ice packs absorb heat from your food and the surrounding air inside the bag, keeping the internal temperature low for extended periods.
Simple freeze‑and‑go process
You place the entire Coolpod bag in the freezer for about 6–8 hours (overnight is ideal) so the internal gel panels freeze solid.
In the morning, you remove the frozen bag, put in food or drink straight from the fridge (or even at room temperature), zip it closed, and the bag then acts as a portable mini fridge.
How long they stay cold
Depending on ambient temperature and how often the bag is opened, a frozen Coolpod can stay frozen for around 3–6 hours and keep contents cool for up to about 7–9 hours.
The cooling system is strong enough that room‑temperature items placed inside can be chilled in roughly 2 hours, rather than just “held” at their starting temperature.
Food safety and materials
By keeping food and drinks in a colder, more stable temperature range, the bags help reduce the chance of bacteria forming during the day, especially in lunches and snacks.
Coolpod bags are made from durable, food‑safe, non‑toxic materials such as Polyester,Nylon,EVA,PEVA coolant gel, foam and foil and are cleaned by simply wiping them with a damp cloth before refreezing.
